Updates Published this week:
AI- Reduction of duty rates on certain food items. No HS changes.
US- More corrections/adjustments to the 232 tariffs. A few HS codes that should have been included under 9903.85.08 and 9903.91.81. Also, Adjustment to the landed cost data for the additional duties. Removed extra entries for additional duties in the case of FTZ or warehouse shipments to avoid doubling the additional duty total. ( The entry in Chapter 99 remains, as it should )
TR- Update/Correction to Additional Duties and associated country lists to better align with source and work within our system. No HS changes.
MA- A few description corrections. No other changes. ( Also cleaned up leading dashes in French descriptions )
NO- Technical corrections to the Tariff “Tree”. ( parenting/levels ). No full HS code changes. A few tax corrections/updates.
AR- Update Duty Rates. No HS or Tax Changes
