February 2nd Tariff Update Notice

Starting on Monday, February 5, 2024, tariff flag updates will be made for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Changes include:

  1. Approximately 30 HTS codes will be updated from FW3 to FW2
  2. FW1 flags will be added to approximately 50 HTS codes.

We have not seen those above changes from CBP yet but expect an update via ABI and will publish as soon as we have the data available.

  • Philippines update:  Adjustment to the RCEP program to add in rates where specific countries have different rates.  ( AU, NZ, KR, JP and CN can each have a different rate from the base RCEP group ) No HS Changes. 2/2
  • Thailand New Statistical keys.  Updated duties and taxes. 2/2
  • Germany February 2024 update. 2/1
  • Sri Lanka 2024 CESS Excise tax update.  2/1
  • European Union February 2024 update. 2/1
  • Oman 2024 Tariff and HS Update. 1/31
  • Unite Arab Emirates Translation/Description fix only. 1/29
